Louis Guiabern, a count and prodigious former army officer who bears a staggering amount of influence in the United Kingdom of Euchronia. He seeks a true meritocracy where the circumstances of one's birth are outweighed by skill and strength of character. As the kingslayer who not only takes the life of Hythlodaeus V but is also said to have stolen that of the prince's as a child, Louis kicks off a succession crisis that sparks a tournament for who will rise to fill the power vacuum, and he has his sights set on a goal far greater than anyone can imagine.

Louis bears a regal countenance and overwhelming presence that shows in the way he carries himself. He is quite tall compared to many other characters in the game and has long golden hair, sharp teal eyes, as well as large clemar horns. Louis is typically dressed in his signature uniform of whites and golds, which is adorned with an elaborate breastplate, and as a gifted swordsman and mage both, he is never seen without his greatsword by his hip.

Louis is voiced by Yuichi Nakamura in Japanese and Joseph Tweedale in English. For my interpretation, I will be drawing inspiration and referencing cues from the Japanese audio more so than the English.
